The Opportunity

We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and highly organized individual to oversee the daily operations of a unique shared household occupied by seven hardworking residents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a warm, welcoming home environment, takes pride in cleanliness, and believes that small acts of care can make a big difference.

You will be responsible for maintaining the home, preparing nutritious meals, coordinating household routines, and ensuring everything runs smoothly while the residents are away at work.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Keep the home clean, tidy, and organized to create a safe and welcoming environment.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a household of seven with varying appetites and personalities.
• Wash dishes, clean bedrooms, make beds, and manage laundry.
• Maintain household supplies and ensure the home is stocked and well cared for.
• Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere that promotes health, kindness, and teamwork.
• Welcome guests appropriately while exercising sound judgment regarding unfamiliar visitors.
• Assist with light gardening and home upkeep as needed.
• Help establish routines that keep the household running efficiently.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, caregiving, or household management.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong cooking and meal preparation abilities.
• A caring, patient, and service-oriented personality.
• High attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Sound judgment and awareness of personal and household safety.
• Adaptability and a positive attitude when supporting a diverse group of personalities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple individuals within a shared living environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and household hygiene best practices.
• First Aid certification is considered an asset.
• Experience creating structured routines and maintaining household schedules.
