Part-Time | CA $20.00–25.00/hour | Hiring for multiple positions

Monki Breakfast & Bistro is Inglewood’s home for bold brunch flavours, exceptional coffee, and hospitality that feels like community. We’re looking for an addition to our Front of House Team who is a morning person and treats every table like they’re a regular.

What Will You Do?

• Set the tone for every guest’s visit with warm, genuine greetings — no rehearsed lines.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders through our POS, including allergy and modification details, every time.

• Offer knowledgeable, enthusiastic menu recommendations — you know the menu well enough to sell it.

• Anticipate needs before guests have to ask, and keep the little details on point.

• Work in step with the kitchen to keep service smooth, timely, and communicative.

• Handle payments accurately and keep your section clean, organized, and guest-ready.

• Show up for your teammates — cover, communicate, and help the floor run as a team, not solo stations.

What Are We Looking For?

• Hospitality experience is preferred but not required; a confident, people-first personality is required.

• A genuine passion for hospitality — you take it personally, every table, every time.

• Composure and multitasking under pressure during a busy brunch rush.

• Strong communication and a team-first mindset.

• Comfort with basic math and POS handling.

• *Valid ProServe certification.

• English required.

• Morning and weekend availability.
