Monki Breakfast & Bistro Inglewood is hiring Server Assistants to support our Front of House Team!

Part-Time | CA $20.00–23.00/hour | Hiring for multiple positions

Monki Breakfast & Bistro is Inglewood’s home for bold brunch flavours, exceptional coffee, and hospitality that feels like community. We’re looking for an addition to our Support Team who reads the room, jumps in before being asked, and helps the whole floor run smoother.

What Will You Do?

• Flip and reset tables quickly so guests are seated without delay.

• Keep stations stocked — glassware, cutlery, linens, condiments, coffee — before anyone has to ask.

• Assist the bar with garnishes, glassware, and drink prep during the rush.

• Run food hot and accurate, and clear plates the moment a table’s ready.

• Support the host with seating and greeting guests.

• Fill in the cracks wherever service needs an extra set of hands — no task too small

What Are We Looking For?

• Hospitality experience is not required; a confident, team-first attitude is!

• Genuinely enjoys supporting others and making the floor’s job easier.

• Reads a room and anticipates what’s needed next, without waiting to be told.

• Composure and multitasking under pressure during a busy brunch rush.

• Comfortable moving quickly and lifting/carrying trays, bins, and boxes.

• *Valid ProServe certification/willing to obtain within 14 days of employment.

• English required.

• Morning and weekend availability.
