Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth, positivity, and genuine enthusiasm—set the tone for

their visit.

• Take and enter accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.

• Deliver dishes and drinks promptly and professionally, always with a smile.

• Anticipate guest needs before they ask, ensuring every detail exceeds

expectations.

• Offer knowledgeable menu suggestions and recommendations.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely service.

• Handle payments and cash accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous serving experience is a plus, but a confident, people-first personality is

a must.

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy brunch rush.

• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

• Basic math skills for handling payments and POS use.

• Professionalism and poise under pressure.

• Valid ProServe certification required.
