Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Logistics
- Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, providing regular updates to
the Marketplace Manager. - Manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and
accurate tracking. - Track inbound and outbound shipments, resolving any discrepancies with fulfillment
partners. - Handle inventory reconciliation for missing or damaged units, reporting issues to the
Marketplace Manager for resolution.
Listing Management & Optimization - Create, update, and maintain product listings following Amazon’s guidelines.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and A+ content for better
visibility and conversion. - Conduct A/B testing to refine listing performance based on analytics and customer
engagement. - Manage backend keywords and search terms to improve SEO rankings.
- Monitor and fix suppressed or inactive listings, escalating complex issues to the
Marketplace Manager.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics - Track and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and key performance
indicators (KPIs), reporting key insights to the Marketplace Manager. - Monitor Best Seller Rank (BSR) and category trends to identify new opportunities.
- Run detailed reports from Amazon Seller Central, presenting findings to optimize
listings, inventory, and pricing strategies. - Assist in demand forecasting and restocking strategies based on historical sales trends
and projected demand.
Pricing & Promotions - Monitor competitor pricing and make recommendations to the Marketplace Manager
for adjustments. - Build out feedback loops for promotions, coupons, and Lightning Deals to drive sales
and ensure strategic alignment. - Support pricing strategy implementation to optimize revenue and profitability while
maintaining competitive positioning.
Customer Support & Review Management - Monitor and manage customer feedback, addressing negative reviews promptly and
implementing strategies to improve ratings. - Liaise with Amazon Seller Support to resolve account or listing issues, escalating
unresolved concerns to the Marketplace Manager.
Compliance & Policy Adherence - Ensure all listings comply with Amazon’s policies, including restricted product
guidelines and content standards. - Manage intellectual property (IP) claims, counterfeit complaints, and brand
protection initiatives. - Maintain and submit required compliance documentation (e.g., safety certificates),
keeping the Marketplace Manager informed of any compliance risks.
Advertising & Marketing Support - Monitor ad performance, keyword trends, and audience insights, reporting key
learnings to the Marketplace Manager. - Support A/B testing of product images, copy, and other creative elements to enhance
conversion rates. - Assist in tracking PPC campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Operational Issue Resolution - Address and resolve issues related to stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and
fulfillment errors. - Manage return and refund processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance
with Amazon policies. - Troubleshoot FBA shipment discrepancies, working with Amazon support and
escalating major concerns to the Marketplace Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics and make
data-driven decisions. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Amazon PPC advertising, listing optimization, and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or
similar. - Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to report insights and recommendations
to the Marketplace Manager.
The Details - Compensation: $60,000 annually
- Job Type: Full Time (40 hours per week).
- Remote: 100% work from home.
- You will be required to keep US-based timezones (Eastern or Central time zones are
ideal.)
