About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that enhance business performance and support organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and interpret complex financial models to support business initiatives and strategic planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Partner with business units to provide financial guidance and support budgeting processes.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through in-depth financial analysis and present findings to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with internal controls and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional designation (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is an asset.
- Experience with financial planning software or ERP systems.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large or complex organization.

This position is based in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is 65,000–105,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
