About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager, R&D to lead and oversee research and development projects from conception through successful execution. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, manage project timelines, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex R&D projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing R&D projects, preferably in a senior project management role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
