Sales Development Representative – Demo (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct research to understand potential clients’ needs and tailor outreach accordingly
- Initiate contact through calls, emails, and social media to engage prospects effectively
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategies
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team to advance opportunities
- Continuously learn about Demo’s products and industry trends to provide informed insights
- Provide timely feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve sales tactics
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience using CRM software or similar sales tools
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection professionally
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales environment
Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills
- Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative role or inside sales
- Familiarity with SaaS products or technology sales
- Knowledge of sales automation tools and email marketing platforms
- Ability to analyze data to improve outreach strategies
- Multilingual abilities to engage diverse markets
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 6 to 12 months as a Sales Development Representative at Demo, you will have built a robust pipeline of qualified leads, consistently met or exceeded outreach targets, and contributed to a measurable increase in sales opportunities. Your proactive communication and collaboration will help streamline the sales process and set the foundation for long-term client relationships.

Work Location & Schedule
This is a full-time position with flexible remote work options. While location is flexible, availability during core business hours in your local time zone is expected to ensure effective team collaboration.
