Operations Analyst Intern — 4-month co-op work term, Toronto, ON (hybrid).

This is an entry-level co-op position designed for students currently enrolled in an undergraduate business program. No prior full-time work experience is required. We actively value experience gained through coursework, part-time jobs, student clubs, case competitions and personal projects.

What you'll do:

• Analyze operational metrics and prepare recurring reports
• Document current processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Support cross-functional project coordination
• Build simple dashboards for operational visibility

What we're looking for:

• Enrolled in Commerce, Operations, or Business Technology Management
• Strong Excel and analytical thinking
• Clear written communication and documentation habits
• Exposure to process mapping or Lean concepts is an asset
