fixed term contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on

Who We Are Looking For
We’re seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in
Mississauga or London, Ontario. Reporting to the HR Director – Employee Experience,
this inaugural role offers the opportunity to shape and establish Canadian HR practices
within our organization. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to leadership, ensuring HR
strategies align with business goals while fostering a positive and engaging workplace
culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership and broader HR team to develop and implement
HR strategies that drive business results.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices,
proactively addressing any workplace concerns.
- Effectively manage employee relations matters.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to
performance management and career development.
- Lead initiatives in employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture
enhancement.
- Drive talent development programs, succession planning, and leadership
coaching.
- Advise on and administer matters related to compensation, benefits, and HR
policies to ensure they remain competitive and equitable.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Completed degree or diploma in relevant field of study preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario and Alberta employment legislation and HR best
practices.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with leadership teams.
- Experience managing employee relations with a strategic and objective
approach.
- A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Experience with UKG is an asset.
- CPHR designation is an asset.

Salary Range: $90,000-$105,000 annually
