Junior Financial Analyst (Co-op) — 4-month co-op work term, Toronto, ON (hybrid).

This is an entry-level co-op position designed for students currently enrolled in an undergraduate business program. No prior full-time work experience is required. We actively value experience gained through coursework, part-time jobs, student clubs, case competitions and personal projects.

What you'll do:

• Assist in building and maintaining financial models in Excel
• Support monthly forecasting and reporting cycles
• Create simple dashboards to visualize financial performance
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis for the finance leadership team
• Summarize findings clearly for non-finance stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• Enrolled in a Commerce, Finance or Economics undergraduate program
• Completed corporate finance or financial management coursework
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or Tableau is an asset
• Analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers
• Clear communicator — able to explain an analysis simply
