Talent Acquisition Assistant (Co-op) — 4-month co-op work term, Toronto, ON (hybrid).

This is an entry-level co-op position designed for students currently enrolled in an undergraduate business program. No prior full-time work experience is required. We actively value experience gained through coursework, part-time jobs, student clubs, case competitions and personal projects.

What you'll do:

• Review applications against role requirements
• Conduct initial screening conversations
• Coordinate interview logistics across calendars
• Keep the applicant tracking system accurate and current

What we're looking for:

• Enrolled in Human Resources, Commerce or a related program
• Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with candidates
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Customer service or retail experience is valued
