Human Resources Co-op Student — 4-month co-op work term, Toronto, ON (hybrid).

This is an entry-level co-op position designed for students currently enrolled in an undergraduate business program. No prior full-time work experience is required. We actively value experience gained through coursework, part-time jobs, student clubs, case competitions and personal projects.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Support new-hire onboarding logistics and paperwork
• Maintain accurate records in the HR system
• Help prepare materials for engagement and training initiatives

What we're looking for:

• Enrolled in Human Resources Management or Commerce
• Introductory HR or organizational behaviour coursework
• Discretion with confidential information
• Strong organization and written communication
• Interest in pursuing a CHRP designation is an asset
