Server – Demo (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude
Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams
Deliver orders efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation standards
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or special requests
Collaborate with team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment
Process payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions securely
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed to support smooth operations

Must-Have Qualifications

Proven experience as a Server or in a customer-facing hospitality role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
Basic math skills for handling orders and payments
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
Multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests
Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
Certification in responsible alcohol service

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6 to 12 months as a Server at Demo, you will have built strong rapport with guests and your team, consistently delivering attentive and friendly service. Your ability to anticipate needs and handle challenges gracefully will contribute to positive reviews and repeat business, helping Demo maintain its reputation for excellence.

Work Location & Schedule
