Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts and ROI.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Oversee content creation and distribution to engage target audiences.
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.
• Mentor and support junior marketing team members to foster professional growth.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.

What Success Looks Like
Within your first 6 to 12 months, you will have successfully launched key marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and lead generation. Work Location & Schedule
