Business Analyst Co-op — 4-month co-op work term, Toronto, ON (hybrid).

This is an entry-level co-op position designed for students currently enrolled in an undergraduate business program. No prior full-time work experience is required. We actively value experience gained through coursework, part-time jobs, student clubs, case competitions and personal projects.

What you'll do:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Map current-state and future-state business processes
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria with the delivery team
• Support user acceptance testing and defect triage
• Produce clear documentation and short stakeholder updates

What we're looking for:

• Enrolled in Business Technology Management, Information Systems or similar
• Coursework in systems analysis, process modelling or databases
• Comfortable with Excel; exposure to SQL is an asset
• Strong written communication and stakeholder-facing confidence
• Experience from a student association, hackathon or course project is valued
