Accounts Payable Clerk (Co-op) — 4-month co-op work term, Toronto, ON (hybrid).

This is an entry-level co-op position designed for students currently enrolled in an undergraduate business program. No prior full-time work experience is required. We actively value experience gained through coursework, part-time jobs, student clubs, case competitions and personal projects.

What you'll do:

• Process supplier invoices and match to purchase orders
• Prepare payment runs for review
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Respond to supplier payment enquiries

What we're looking for:

• Enrolled in Accounting, Commerce or Business
• Introductory accounting coursework
• High accuracy with data entry
• Familiarity with Excel; QuickBooks exposure is an asset
