Finance Co-op Student — 4-month co-op work term, Toronto, ON (hybrid).

This is an entry-level co-op position designed for students currently enrolled in an undergraduate business program. No prior full-time work experience is required. We actively value experience gained through coursework, part-time jobs, student clubs, case competitions and personal projects.

What you'll do:

• Prepare account reconciliations in Excel as part of the month-end close
• Build and maintain recurring reports for the finance team
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycle
• Prepare variance analysis comparing actuals against budget
• Help document and improve finance processes

What we're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent (Accounting, Finance, Business)
• Completed introductory financial accounting and managerial accounting coursework
• Comfortable in Microsoft Excel — formulas, lookups, pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
• Experience from part-time work, a student club treasurer role, or a case competition is valued
• Interest in pursuing a CPA or CFA designation is an asset
