Job Description

Supervise and ensure quality inspection processes on the production line are performed
according to standards. -
Develop and update quality inspection plans for in-process production.

Analyze inspection data, identify defect trends, and propose corrective actions.
-
Review and approve non-conforming products, recommend actions, and quarantine
defective items if necessary. -
Investigate root causes of product defects and implement corrective and preventive
actions (CAPA). -
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to enhance processes
and reduce recurring defects. -
Prepare defect analysis reports and suggest improvements to product quality.

Prepare quality reports, including defect analysis, rejection rates, and quality trends.

Maintain and update inspection records and quality control documentation.

Support internal and customer audits by providing necessary reports and data.

Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, or
other relevant certifications. -
Manage, guide, and assign tasks to the QC team members.

Train QC operators on inspection procedures, quality standards, and defect detection
methods. -
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the QC team, ensuring consistency in quality
control. Address issues arising during inspections and support QC team members in
problem resolution. -
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485.

Knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why, 8D, FMEA, and Control Plans.

At least 2–3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing
environment. -
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Access.
